Employee Applies for the Benefit

Employee reviews the company-specific benefit guidelines before filling out an application. When they’re ready to begin the benefit, the employee sets up an account by creating a username and password, and applies for approval in a streamlined, automated system tailored to your program guidelines.

Employee Completes the Course

If approved for the benefit, the employee’s application status changes to “Approved” in their employee dashboard. Once approved, the employee then completes their coursework and submits the benefit reimbursement form to the employer.
